The main ranch house at Smoky Hill Ranch in Granbury, Texas, is a modern open living concept and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a wrap-around front porch with comfortable seating and games overlooking the pond.
Kitchen: One of the favorite spaces at Smoky Hill Ranch is the kitchen! The kitchen is open to the living area so large groups can enjoy being together. We spent a lot of time thinking about how to make this a comfortable and inviting space for our guests. We offer all the cooking wares and utensils you could need to prepare and serve a delicious meal for all of your guests: pots & pans, dinner service for 19​ guests (plates, bowls, silverware, and kitchen basics).
Living Area: The living area of the main ranch house is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and unwind. While cozying up on the sofa, you have the most amazing views of the wood-burning fireplace and wrap-around front porch that looks out onto the pond. You can pull out a board game or turn your attention to the large 75-inch Smart TV with Youtube TV provided, or log in to your own streaming services and pick up right where you left off on your favorite shows.
Bedroom 1: The downstairs primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV, office nook with wireless printer, large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: The downstairs second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, direct access to the wrap-around porch, and a full en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: The second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, flat screen TV, and a twin bed looking out towards the pond.
Bedroom 4: The upstairs family room offers a queen bed, two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and a Nintendo Switch for guests entertainment.
